During this free, in-person meeting, learn key heart on successful traveling with heart failure, tips for eating out and other topics related to heart failure. Multiple resources are available at this event, which is facilitated by the Saint Luke’s heart failure team.
The community heart failure support group meets quarterly for heart failure patients, their family, and friends. Register with the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA.org) to receive valuable information throughout the year.
