Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Failure Support Group

Share experiences, challenges, and successes while learning how to live your best life with heart failure.

During this free, in-person meeting, guest speaker cardiac rehab specialist Karen Poulignot, RN MSN CCRP will share ways to stay active and exercise. Multiple resources will also be available at this event, which is facilitated by the Saint Luke’s heart failure team.

The community heart failure support group meets quarterly for heart failure patients, their family, and friends. Register with the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA.org) to receive valuable information throughout the year.
