By exploring how stress and trauma affect people and workplaces, you’ll gain tools to respond effectively, build trust, and foster environments where both individuals and teams can thrive.
Through engaging discussions, activities, and reflection, you’ll learn:
- What trauma-informed care means and why it matters in every role.
- How stress and trauma shape the brain, behavior, and workplace dynamics.
- Practical strategies for recognizing and responding to stress in yourself and others.
- How consistent responses, routines, and rituals build trust, stability, and momentum for change.
You’ll leave with practical strategies you can use right away to strengthen your own impact, support those around you, and help create lasting change at both individual and system levels—whether at work, at home, or in your community.
This class will be held virtually every Thursday in February from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (2/5, 2/12, 2/19, & 2/26).
