During this free, in-person meeting, learn key heart tips regarding nutrition, activity and healthy lifestyle. Multiple resources are available at this event, facilitated by the Saint Luke’s heart failure team.
The community heart failure support group meets quarterly for heart failure patients, their family, and friends. Register with the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA.org) to receive valuable information throughout the year.
