Time: 5:00pm to 6:30pm
You’re invited to join an art therapy program created specifically for Parkinson’s patients, presented by Dr. Susan Sifers and the Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute. Thanks to a community grant from the Parkinson’s Foundation, the program is free and will be led by a certified art therapist who is also a licensed clinical counselor.
Participants will be working with clay and will be provided with all necessary materials. Art therapy has been shown to help with hand dexterity, mood, self-expression, and enhance participants’ quality of life.
Space is limited. Register online or call Saint Luke’s Concierge at 816-932-5100.
